Is there any truth in associating of consumption of tiger nuts with increase libido?

    • paulhaider says:

Tiger nuts do have anti-inflammatory abilities that sooth the prostate and can also increase needed minerals that might help with libido.

But just about every food and herb in the world has been said to be a aphrodisiac at one time or another… there are some good aphrodisiacs but
I would not consider Tiger Nuts be in that list.

But Suma Root, Tribulus Terrestris, Tongkat Ali, and a few more herbs will help with libido in a great way.

  13. Mo' says:

I had a lot of dried tiger nut yesterday. It’s a regular crop here in Nigeria as it is grown in some parts. I think i had about a hundred without havimg eaten anything for almost 24hrs. About an hour or so after, I had a very uncomfortable, upset tummy and slight dizziness. Is there such a thing like eating too much tiger nuts? I think this was my case here.

    • paulhaider says:

      Hi-Mo,

I get that same feeling if I eat too much of anything – All things in moderation, that is the key.

pls can tiger nut increase breast size and how do u do it

  16. Melissa says:

I just purchased tigernuts and have not eaten them yet because of the high fiber content I am wondering if they need to be soaked first before ingesting (so that the “dry” fiber isn’t monopolizing the hydration within the body)

    • paulhaider says:

      Hi-Melissa,

I just eat the like other nuts… no reason to soak them.

But as with all nuts only eat 10 to 20 per day.

All nuts contain lots of fats… all things in moderation.
