“7 Ways to Be Worry Free”

Worry creates stress, and that stress creates anxiety, and that anxiety creates depression, and depression sucks the joy out of life. So how can we get rid of worry? Here are a few simple ways.

Stop Mind Reading – Lots of worrying comes from thinking that someone else is thinking something bad about you or something you did. The reality is we have no way to read another person’s mind or have any clue what they are thinking… so let it go. Trying to read someone else mind, trying to figure out what they think doesn’t make sense… just let it go.

Distract Yourself – Instead of worrying about something distract yourself with something uplifting which makes you feel good. Perhaps a walk in the park, or window shopping or something else that makes you feel uplifted.

Give Your Worries to God – Why worry, let go and let God as the old saying says. And that is exactly what lots of people do. They give that negative thought to God and don’t allow it to come back into their head. They say out loud… “God here is something I’ve been worrying about and I am going to give it to you because I know you have my greatest good in mind… thy will be done”. Thus it’s no longer your worry… let it go. Lots of things we worry about we have no real control over… so give it up to Great Spirit. And get out and help other people… it’s hard to worry about yourself if you are helping others who are in need.

Remember People are too Busy to Think About You – Remember that people are too busy to think about what you said or did. They don’t have the time and they are usually only thinking about themselves… so don’t sweat it… it’s not important.

Concentrate on Being in the Moment – Worry is all about future thinking and that always leads to catastrophic results. Stay focused, focus on little tasks that you can accomplish right now… and do this over and over again… thus you don’t have any time to worry.

Get Out in Nature – It’s amazing what being out in nature can do to relax the mind and de-stress the body. Go to the beach, the desert, or up in the mountains and take some time off… that always works to get rid of worry.

Tell Yourself “STOP IT” – If you find yourself starting to worry yell out “Stop It” and break the silence and pause for a little bit to allow those words to settle in. It’s kind of like having a song that keeps running through your head… just yelling out “Stop It” seems to work to stop that crazy cycle.

One More Thing – Remember studies show that 97% of what we worry about never happens. And that only 2 % of the time it happens slightly like we thought it would turn out. And only 1% of the time does that event happen exactly as we thought. So why worry about something that more than likely will never happen… it doesn’t make senses.

A betting man wouldn’t bet on those odds.

So Don’t Worry… Just do what you can do and let God take care of the rest.

“Twisted Ginger Pumpkin Rice”

Here is a favorite Whole-Foods Plant-Based recipe that my wife loves and kids will really enjoy. This dish is super simple to make, and it’s full of the great nutrition of pumpkin. Pumpkin is full of anti-inflammatory compounds that also lower cholesterol… plus all the antioxidants found in ginger. And this dish is very soothing for the digestive tract. This is a great dish to serve on a hot summer day… and together with a nice salad, this is a full spectrum meal.

Twisted Ginger Pumpkin Rice

Ingredients:

3 – Cups of Organic Brown Rice – Not Cooked

4 – Cups of Fresh Organic Pumpkin – Chopped – And blended with 3 cups of water and the Ginger below

3 – Inch Piece of Fresh Organic Ginger

1 1/2 – Cups of Organic Red Bell Pepper – Chopped and cooked for the traditional cooking method, uncooked for the pressure cooking method.

2 – Cups of Organic Zucchini – Chopped – Chopped and cooked for the traditional cooking method, uncooked for the pressure cooking method.

3 –  Salt-Free Organic Veggie Bouillon Cubes

2 – Cups of Additional Filtered Water

Salt and Pepper to Taste

(Optional) – Hot Pepper Sauce if You Like it Spicy

Traditional Cooking Method

Cook your brown rice as you normally do but add in the blended pumpkin and ginger and extra water and bouillon cubes. When the rice is done add the cooked red pepper and zucchini and that’s it.

Salt and pepper to taste, let cool and serve with a little bit of kale on top.

Electronic Pressure Cooking Method

This can also be done in an electronic pressure cooker. Take the brown rice and add the blended pumpkin and ginger and extra water and the chopped zucchini and bell pepper. Place the pressure cooker on low pressure for 37 minutes.

Salt and pepper to taste, let cool and serve with a bit of kale on top.

Serves 12 people

Make this recipe your own… perhaps adding some Italian season or cajun spices… whatever you enjoy!

Serving Suggestion – Serve this with a nice three bean salad and a green salad for lots of great nutrition.

“How to Be a Spiritual Mystic”

Down through the ages, we’ve had mystics in all the great spiritual persuasions. And all of them had special talents. Thus everyone for thousands of miles around would come to see them and ask questions. But how do you become a spiritual mystic?

Surrender to Great Spirit – Surrendering is the key to almost everything in life. There is the story of the monk to came to see his master and ask a question and the master was pouring tea. And as the monk was asking the question the master just kept pouring tea until his tea cup was overflowing. And the monk said, “No More It’s Full” and the master said, “That’s Exactly What You Have… Empty Your Mind for Your Mind is Full, I Cannot Teach You if There is No Room in Your Mind”. Thus Surrendering is the key to understanding our mystical side.

Learn to Trust Your Intuition – Most people shrug off what they feel inside. But a mystic understands that their gut feelings and knows they are more important than anything else. They know that intuition is God and Great Spirit speaking directly to them… and thus it’s important to take note of what Great Spirit is saying and pointing out. This may take the form of seeing things, noticing something, having a strange feeling come over a person, having dreams, or some circumstance that goes beyond coincidence.

Answer Important Inner Questions – Most people go through life and never answer that one important question “Who AM I”. Also to go inward and answer questions like “What is My Purpose, Why AM I Here, and Why AM I Doing This” and much more. These answers will lead a person in the direction of becoming a mystic and thus achieve peace and contentment.

Create Intentions and See Them Come True – As it was talked about in the movie “What the Bleep Do We Know” we can create intentions and see them happen if we are aware. For instance put out into the world that today “I will see a large red heart and I will notice it”… and then taking note that a red heart appears. We all have this power to create… this is quantum physics… this is science.

Have Set Daily Spiritual Practices – It’s important to live in the world and not be of it… as it says in all the spiritual texts. So it’s important to have spiritual practices that allow the mind to be set free. Those include meditation, contemplation, chanting, reading spiritual texts, being out in nature, saying the name of God over and over again, and much more. And it also includes having rituals around food, rituals around daily gratitude, and many more rituals of living like when to go to bed, when to get up, and much more. All of this grounds a person and thus allows the spirit to take over and guide a person in the right direction towards inner peace.

Become Fully Aware of Everything – Awareness is the key to being a mystic. Awareness is truly understanding oneself, to understand one’s feelings and little things that happen throughout the day. And notice all the things that most people take for granted. Perhaps a line of light that moves across your field of vision and all of a sudden you get a good feeling. Or a bright blue spot that shows up in your vision and you get the feeling that everything will be OK. Or noticing little movements here and there that most people don’t see… but you notice it… and take it all in.

Meditate for Long Periods of Time – Meditation is the key to becoming aware, being open, and allowing Great Spirit to filter into our lives. Meditation also calms emotions, makes life flow easy, thus allowing wisdom takes over instead of the constant havoc of regular life. Putting in at least 1 hour of meditation in the morning and 1 hour of meditation in the evening is the minimum for truly getting in touch with one’s self. Thus peace filters into your life and great things take place just because the mind is calm. Thus we notice all the little things going on around us and understand that Great Spirit is everywhere.

Give Up Regular Life – Giving up regular life means— doing what you have to do every single day such as going to work, taking care of family, but at the same time staying in your place of calm, peace, and being fully aware. One can’t be a mystic if he or she is stressed out… that’s just the opposite of being a spiritual person. This also means being OK with being alone, enjoying your own company, and looking within to find joy and happiness instead of looking outward to find happiness. Most people look for happiness in the world… while a mystic finds true happiness 24/7 within with God and Great Spirit… and they always focus the good in life.

Do Everything With Great Spirit in Mind – This means going to work but having love in your heart every single second. And noticing that everything in the cosmos including your friends, loved ones, coworkers, and everyone else is part of Great Spirit. Not only that but also the chairs, the floor, your food, the sidewalk, the building, your car and everything else is pulsing with the energy of Great Spirit. And thus it’s important to treat everyone with gratitude as if God were there in front of you. For everyone and everything is alive with the power of Great Spirit.

Remember – This is just the beginning, the art of being a spiritual mystic could be a four volume set of books… but this will get you started on your path.

“How Do We Attract the Perfect Mate”

What does it take to attract the perfect spouse… you will probably be surprised by the answer.

Lots of people are looking for someone that they can love, respect, and care for, yet they always attract just the opposite… why is that?

We Have Lots of Negative Karma

First of all, we have lots of karma that we have built up over millions of lifetimes and that karma is there in the background working away like a silent program on a computer doing what it needs to do. And even though that past karma is not noticed by the one who has that karma other people notice their vibe… and that vibration attracts like-minded karma into their life. Thus if one has lots of negative karma with lots of anger accumulated over many lifetimes then that anger is there running in the background and that anger attracts someone who is also unconsciously angry.

How Do We Get Rid of Negative Karma?

Saying a personal name of God thousands of times daily removes past karma. Saying the name Jesus, Buddha, Krishna and other names over silently or out loud all day long is super powerful. Saying a personal name of God repeatedly is one of the most powerful things a person can do to get rid of past karma. Also, it’s important to stop accumulating more negative karma in this life. This means letting go of all desires and wants and allowing life to flow. Plus, seeing the good in all things no matter what might have happened.

Change Our Vibration 

Lots of people want a perfect spouse but they never work on themselves thus their vibration is attracting into their lives only that which is just like them. I know what you are going to say, “I’m not like that”… but in reality, we all have negative traits we can work on and dissolve away. If we want greatness we have to be great ourselves. If we want respect we have to have respect for everyone no matter who they are. If we want loyalty, we have to be loyal, if we want love in out life we have to be loving. Like attracts like… this is a powerful law of the universe. Thus we have to allow ourselves to overcome our negative tenancies. This takes time and can be accomplished by reading self-help books, doing counseling, writing our feelings out in a journal every night, catching our negative ways and thoughts and making positive changes, all of this helps to change our vibration and dissolve away the past.

Rid Ourselves of Negative Entities that are Sabotaging Our Life

Up to 80% of the population without realizing it has negative entities clinging to their aura energy sabotaging their life. These entities are usually ancient relatives that we don’t know anything about… but they keep us from achieving what we want in life… thus we are never happy.

How Do We Get Rid of These Negative Entities?

First of all, it’s important to do some cleansing of our aura. This can be accomplished a few ways. The first one is taking a 5-gallon bucket of water and add 1 cup of regular salt, and sitting down and with our legs in the water and start saying a personal name of God repeatedly for 15 minutes and then drying our legs with a towel which we must wash. And pouring that water down the drain and rinsing the bucket. Do this 3 times a week for one month.

Also, using a sage smudge stick and getting it wet slightly and lighting it on fire so it smokes and doing a cleanse around the house and around your body. At the same time saying very loudly, “In the Name of God, the Universe, and the Great Spirit, I command that all that is not of light, all that is not of love, all that is not of peace leave now!” Do this 3 times a week for one month.

Be Happy — Being Yourself for the Rest of Your Life 

Also, how can we attract that which is loving and kind into our life if we are not happy with our lives and what we have going on right now? Be totally happy being by yourself, stop looking for mister or misses right. Live your life as though you are going to have to be happy by yourself for the rest of your life. And you know what? By doing that… all of a sudden your vibration changes… and then you start attracting the right people.

So be happy, live life as though today was going to be your last day alive… and love God and everyone else with all your heart… and everything will work out great.
