The Stress of Not Knowing, What YOU Don’t Know

Have you had times when you thought you were finally in control? Did you think you finally reached the top?

Many of us think things are going to stay the same forever, that nothing will ever change. Well nothing ever stays the same, and we end up getting stressed out for not getting prepared and moving forward. Birds know they have to prepare for the winter so they survive. Bears have to do a lot of eating to stock up for the winter — otherwise they don’t survive.

We are no different! But many times we never stop to think about — what we don’t know, and what someone else might know that may alter our life so drastically in a great way.

So how do you know, what you don’t know, won’t make life better? YOU DON’T! You either keep yourself from trying something new, or you get out and try it all!

When we have preconceived ideas of what something is without trying it, those fears keep us from experiencing what we need.

Take for instance, how I said I would never try one of those matchmaking services on the Internet. I said, “Oh that will never work, I need to see the person,” and on and on. Then one day instead I said, “Oh what the heck,” and tried it and low and behold I found someone wonderful via the Internet. But it took changing my attitude to allow it to happen. Without change my paradigm shift never would have happened, and I never would have found the wonderful person I share my life with.

So, what’s holding you back? What kind of thinking is stopping you from having a great life? You are the only one keeping you from living life, and once you figure that out, nothing can hold you back!
