Weight Loss

If you don’t like the taste of veggies buy some Miracle Fruit Powder and take ½ teaspoon before eating and it will make veggies tastes great-in fact everything will taste great. Eat whole grains and stay away from red meat, bread, cheese, processed meats, sausage, sugar, mayo (use mustard), and salt. Limit your grains to once a day and eat fruits and veggies and chicken, fish, or tofu the rest of the day.

Teach your child by going out into nature and learning to be silent. Teach them to watch a humming bird fly to her nest. Stress and the Mind’s Eye

This goes to show, “What you can see and believe, you can achieve.” And your emotions are an important part of this interaction. Did you know most of our reactions to life are based on emotions? Without emotions it’s very hard to make any kind of commitment and stick to it. Who do you think is going to win a prizefight, the person saying, “I think I can” or the person yelling, “I CAN DO IT!”? Of course the person yelling at the top of his lungs, “I CAN DO IT!” You really don’t stand a chance if you think you’re going to lose.
