The Stress of Rage

Why some of us hold the past with rage is a good question. Sometimes it’s guilt, other times it’s because we believe in revenge and unconsciously want to get even. But this kind of thinking holds us in the past, and prevents us from being totally in the present moment. People who rage tend to stay away from people. Their rage and anger comes popping out at everyone, so they hide from everyone.

Reality and Non Reality Stress

I was driving along the other morning and noticed a dark shape on the side of the road. We have so many raccoons and skunks in the area that I automatically assumed it was a dead animal. Also automatically the stress of having to see the poor lifeless creature stiff on the side of the road hit me. And the stressful idea of having to pass a smelly dead skunk crept into my mind, I was read to smell the worst.
