Breath Work Meditation

Take a nice deep breath and start to key in on your breathing. Notice your breath coming into your nose and on down into the deepest part of your lungs. Then notice your breath as it leaves and starts from the bottom of your lungs and works its way out to the tip of your nose. Just keep focusing all your attention on your breathing.
Whenever a thought enters your mind, just acknowledge it and say to yourself,  “I see that, but not now” and let it pass on out of your mind.
