Bok Choy is a Chinese Cabbage that is great for stir fries and is full of the Vitamins A, B-6, C, D, & K and Potassium. It is a good anti-oxidant and helps build bone density, and helps with coagulation of blood. It is also rich in beta-carotene and helps prevent heart disease and cancer. Also helps prevent glaucoma and macular degeneration which is very common. And Bok Choy helps regulate blood pressure and is full of fiber which helps lower cholesterol. It is full of glucosinolates which is converted into isothiocyanates which helps fight cancer and jump start the immune system. Almost every good grocery store has Bok Choy now.- It’s great!
