If you are feeling down or moody, or just not feeling like your normal self it could be a supplement you are taking. I know someone who started taking L-Carnitine to reeve up her metabolism. And a week into taking the supplement she was feeling very sad and had no energy. She did not put two and two together… and could not figure out why she was feeling so bad. Finally it hit her that she started feeling this way 3 or 4 days after she started taking the protein. So she stopped taking the supplement and started feeling better. Remember if you’re taking anything… listen to your body… it will tell you what’s good for you… and not good for you—don’t ignore your bodies intelligence.
