Veggies that Keep Your Body Alkaline

Keeping your body alkaline is absolutely important to stay healthy, because when we become acidic we start the inflammation syndrome and disease.

Here is a list of veggies that I recommend eating everyday to stay alkaline.

All kinds of grasses, sprouts of any kind, kale, parsley, broccoli, kelp, cucumber, and alkaline water too. These veggies are the most alkaline… and a little bit everyday will do your body good.
