To meditate on peace sit in a comfortable position (perhaps the lotus position) but whatever it is must be comfortable. Now light a candle in front of you and watch the candle. Close your eyes and imagine the candle in your minds eye (third eye between your eyebrows), see it burning brightly and let it become even brighter. Allow the light of the candle to spread and become brighter as it moves down your body and into your arms and into your legs. As the light becomes even brighter allow it to take away all darkness, all ill thoughts, all negative ideas, and all that holds you back from peace. The more you stay in this place of bliss the more you will crave it… and you will spread light unto others.
