If you have Gall Bladder Stones the best herbal tea is— peppermint, with crampbark, barberry, ginger, dandelion seeds, and fennel. Peppermint has been shown to dissolve small stones in clinical trials. Also it is very important that you lower your cholesterol because cholesterol is one of the reasons for creating gall stones. I also recommend you take Red Rice Yeast daily to reduce your cholesterol and it would be good to lower your fat intake and also eat lots of veggies. Also cutting out dairy foods such as cheese and milk and also soda which have been known to increase the creation of gall stones. Barberry will help with congestion and inflammation of the gall bladder. Ginger helps you to convert cholesterol into bile acids instead of forming more stones and fennel will ease the swelling of the gall bladder and helps with inflammation too.
I also recommend you start eating a lot of artichoke hearts and artichokes in general because they are in the same family as Milk Thistle and are good cleansing the liver.
And studies show that daily exercise (one hour a day) cuts formation of stones by 1/3rd–impressive! And for some reason people who drink 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day seem to have 40% less risk of coming down with gall stones.
Always see your doctor and get regular exams.
