Rose water aids liver and intestinal function and also helps you relax and let go of stress. Chamomile flowers reduce stress, boost immunity, reduce blood pressure because you relax, and also help you sleep better. Begonias eliminate toxins and cleanse the liver. Chrysanthemums help you with colds and fevers. Nasturtiums are antiviral and antibacterial and help with urinary tract infection and colds and flues. Dandelion helps with nervousness and are great for detoxing the body. There are a lot of great flowers that you can eat, these are just a few – add a few flowers to your salad and stay healthy!
