Health Benefits of Grasshoppers

Yes I said Grasshoppers. Cooked they are very good… and full of protein, just a little less protein than fish and beef, they are low in cholesterol, full of lots of great minerals such as zinc and iron and even some calcium too… and also lots of vitamins. Grasshoppers are higher in protein than many other sources of protein… and if dipped or covered in chocolate they taste like chocolate. Eaten pan fried they’re kind of nutty tasting.
