First of all there are lots of things that trigger arthritis and if you have read the book “The Inflammation Syndrome” by Jack Challem you will see that there are acid foods, artificial colors and flavors, and artificial sweeteners that trigger arthritis and other diseases. First and foremost check out what you are doing to cause your arthritis. Then try crampbark and devils claw for pain, boswellia and cat’s claw for inflammation, alfalfa tea with ginger will help with pain, detox with dandelion and burdock root, take lots of watercress, celery, figs, chlorella, spirulena, and other alkalizing agents to get you back into the alkaline way of life.
