Anchovies are full of Omega 3 and 6 Oils that help prevent heart attacks and strokes plus they also good for your eyes and also helps prevent Alzheimer’s disease. Anchovies also reduce blood pressure and a good source of A, B, D and E vitamins and also minerals such as calcium, selenium, and lots of phosphorus your bones and lots of good protein. And Anchovies are great because they are small and contain very little in the way of toxins and heavy metals compared to larger fish.
