Oak Trees grow in moderate climates and the bark is great for dissolving away kidney, bladder stones, and gallbladder stones… and also helps kill the bacteria associated with those stones. Oak Bark is very astringent and works wonders for diarrhea and also GI distress. And Oak Bark is great for cuts and burns plus the pain and inflammation of piles. Oak Bark is very high in anti-oxidants—similar to Green Tea in fact…. and thus can help stave off cancer, cardiovascular disease, and other diseases. And the Native Americans use Oak Bark for the treatment of diabetes… and because of that have a very low incidence of diabetes. And new studies show that Oak Bark can also heal stomach ulcers and help repair the lining of the stomach, plus it also works well to prevent dental cavities and diseases of the gums. And Oak Bark contains iron, zinc, some B vitamins and calcium too!

how do you take Oak bark, as I have High blood pressure and my spirit friends keep showing me Oak.x
I would not recommend Oak Bark for high blood pressure — Passion Flower ( you can buy this at any health food store) tea would work better… just brew some passion flower stems and leaves and make
a tea and it will lower your blood pressure.
Also Chinese Hawthorne Berries (you can buy this at any Asian Food Store) work well for lowering blood pressure — just add the one cup of berries to a quart of water and
put in the firg and let set for 2 days. Drink the light red colored water – one or two glasses a day, then add more water and let sit until the next day… when
the water becomes light in colour start over with a new batch… it will lower your blood pressure.
Listen to your body… and try different things… your body is different from every other body on the planet.
Many Blessings!
