The Relaxed Soul on Moving to the Ultimate Emotion

To release anger some people like to take a towel and wrap it up and bite it, or throw old dishes and break them, throw rocks at the fence, throw tissues across the room and yell, hit the garage floor with a stick and break it. Sometimes yelling into a pillow works, or beating a pillow, or exercising at the gym with anger in mind… all kinds of ways to release anger.

 

There are lots of ways to get anger out… and start to feel calm… but that’s just a prelude to opening up to forgiveness.

 

Whatever way you get to that point is great… just as long as forgiveness is the end result… and no one is hurt.

 

But sooner or later a person must move past anger to a place of peace.

 

Our society must move past anger.

 

It’s time for the ultimate emotion — LOVE!
