Herbs for Tonsil Problems

If you have tonsillitis or other tonsil or adenoid problems it could be that you have an infection or very toxic. For infections garlic works wonders, taking garlic capsules or swallowing cut up fresh garlic cloves will boost your immune system. As will echinacea, probiotic bacteria formulas, zinc, astralugus, elderberry, olive leave extract or tea, andrographis, propolis, acai berry, camu camu berry, goldenseal, oregano, and a few other herbs. It’s also important to start a detoxing diet because your tonsils can be reacting to toxins. Taking chlorella is a good way to start… and also eating lots of fresh organic veggies—Organic is important. Also a good cleans with a cold coffee enema will help detox your body quickly—works wonders. If you have an infection then try turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, thyme, licorice, and reishi mushrooms. Also might want to gargle with a dilute amount of tea tree oil… remember do not swallow the gargle. And de-stress, you body can be reacting to stress.
