Most people believe they love themselves… but are they?


  1. When we stop pointing fingers and start seeing the good in everything… we move towards self-love.
  2. When we understand that learning to love the one in the mirror is a lifetime process… we move towards self-love.
  3. When we focus on loving the one in the mirror first and then everyone else… we move towards self-love.
  4. When we love ourselves with all our faults… we move towards self-love.
  5. When the inner critic disappears and we learn to be kind and positive minded towards the one in the mirror… we move towards self-love.
  6. And when we let go of worry and start to trust and forgive ourselves… then we move towards self-love.
