There is much happening in the world, and many people are stress out about what might happen. Here are some spiritual things that you can do to be at peace and take care of your loved ones.
Pray and Meditate on Peace, Joy, and Love every day.
Set aside time each day to get outside and connect with nature.
See the good in all things… and stay in the here and now.
Put together an emergency bag with clothing, medicine, a little water and an a couple energy bars… so you are always ready. Being ready does not mean you are not positive minded… it just means being ready.
Put aside some extra food just in case… you are not your body, but you do need to take care of your body.
Notice if you are holding your breath and consciously breathe… breathing will also help you to feel more at ease… and connected to your high source.
Send energy to the planet… it needs your love!
Stop listening to the news… It will only stress you out!
And create a loving community of people to share with.
