    I have this beautiful bottle of this precious medicine I purchased in my quest for pain relief. In short i am unsure how to proceed from this point. I feel certain with its anti-inflammatory properties it could work alongside the other herbs (california poppy, kava kava, passion flower, chamomile, and elderbery) that i use interchangeably to keep me moving. Is there a dose you would recommend? The bottle has its suggestion but a second opinion is always comforting. I suppose it would help to mention I have RA and psoriasis.

      I feel there is something causing your inflammatory process… and just treating the symptoms with herbs does not make the cause go away.
