The Relaxed Soul on the Path of Suffering

Suffering is natural.

You can’t go through life without suffering.

But as one learns to meditate on the heart… the sting of suffering is taken away.

And suffering can empower the soul to move forward, for you see their will be suffering no matter what happens… so you might as well choose the kind of suffering you want… thus you have some control over the suffering.

Suffering will come and because you choose your suffering it’s OK… and you start to accept it… and understand that suffering is necessary for your growth as a human being.

Suffering builds character and wisdom thus we move through life to become more of the person we want to be, instead of having society take over and perhaps move us in a direction that we don’t want to go… we build our wisdom according to the souls plan of suffering.

Embrace suffering… and you no longer suffer.

Help those who are suffering… that is our duty as compassionate beings.

But pluck a butterfly too soon from his cocoon… and he’ll never fly… it’s the struggle that gives him strength.
