The Relaxed Soul on Ultimate Control of Mind

Mind can be controlled in many ways.

But there are two ways that are of utmost importance.
First retention of breath, where breath is held for as long as possible as one learns to relax.

The other— controlling breath… as one learns to concentrate on inhalation, exhalation, and retention of breath.

These two forms of breath control quiet the mind.

Thus the mind ceases to have control over the “I”

At that point… one is able to enquire into the true self… the true “I”.

And self realization is not far away.
