I know this is not an herb or supplement but I feel it is very important.
In this day and age most people run from work to home eat fast food and are off and running to the next thing.
No wonder we come down with stress related diseases such as Cancer, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Shingles, Adrenal Burnout, and Immune Depletion, Auto Immune Diseases and more.
This is nothing new—this has been going on forever.
And the great sages of India talked about this eons ago.
In India they recommend that we go to bed at 10PM and get up at 6AM.
To meditate first thing in the morning… and last thing before bed.

To keep the mind connected to that which is imperishable… whatever that means to you.
To find peace through the breath… breathing with long breathes in and out, that allowing the vital energy of the body to flow.
To eat simply… vegetarian with yogurt, nuts, and lentils, as the main sources of protein.
Simple exercise like Walking, Yoga, Tai Chai, and Qigong.
Thus each night we wash away some of the soot of life from the lamp of the soul with sleep… allowing the soul to shine bright… and join Creator, Creation, and Universe for a short while.
Have a beautiful natural view to look out on every day… or a great smell that reminds you of something great… it’s all important for living a simple life.
It’s so important to do these simple things that are in essence more important that any aspect of life, for without them life starts to degrade and we end up feeling depressed, passionless, and alone.
Living simply brings peace… and great rewards for the mind/body and spirit… health for all aspects.
And we need this more now than ever before.
