Anti-Inflammatory Foods for Better Back Health

If you have ever had back pain then you know you’ll do anything to make the pain go away.

All the cold-water fish including anchovies, sardines, cod, salmon, tuna, trout, herring, boost your Omega Oils and helping to prevent cardiovascular disease and inflammation, even oysters and caviar are great anti-inflammatory foods.

Then all the great veggies especially the greens, such as Chard, Collard Greens, Turnip Greens, Lettuce, Grape Leaves, Spinach, Chives, (anything green)… are all wonderful anti-inflammatory agents.
