The Relaxed Soul on “Your Spiritual Practice Keeps You Grounded”

Many people get up on the morning and grab a cup of coffee and run out the door ready to do battle with the day. They run to the next appointment, gobble down lunch and feel used up by the end of the day.

There is much more to life if you slow down, if you listen to the God within… that voice that speaks to you and lets you know when you are moving too fast. You can hear that voice in the silence, the silence of your spiritual practice.

Find a spiritual practice that works for you, be it yoga, qigong, tai chi, prayer, meditation, chanting or anything else… it doesn’t matter what it is… as long as you are immersed in the feeling of gratitude, of being one with (God, Tao, That, the Infinite Field) the universe and the flow of the eternal bliss.

Life creates anxiety… but spiritual practice keeps you grounded and peaceful.

It’s like saving money… making deposits on a regular basis allows you to feel peaceful and worry free.

Spiritual practice is the same…
