Health Benefits of Herbs for Liver Cleansing

If you have had your gallbladder removed and feel sluggish, or just feel sluggish in general… then you might need to do a liver cleans with Milk Thistle Seed and Burdock Root, both great for cleansing the liver.

Also Artichokes are in the same family as Milk Thistle and also have a mild liver detoxing ability. So eat lots of artichoke hearts, which have lots of fiber too… which is also great for the body.

Also lower your cholesterol naturally with food; good old oat bran is a soluble fiber that’s great for lowering cholesterol. You can add it to baked goods and also add it to cereal!

Another great way to lower cholesterol is with Red Yeast Rice, which has a small amount of natural cholesterol lowering statin.

And another great way to cleans the liver is with cold coffee enemas, you can find directions for this if you look up Dr. Gerson… he used cold coffee enemas with great success — to find out more watch the movie “Beautiful Truth” powerful stuff!
