The Relaxed Soul on “Why do I cry all the time”

Crying all the time or not crying at all means there’s a lack of trust in the one you see in the mirror.

You are trying to be in control, and you believe that if you let your feelings out… you will be out of control.

You cry when you have a belief that you can’t take care of the one you see in the mirror, and also when you are afraid of all those tears.

Either crying all the time or not crying at all… means you are not allowing yourself to move forward, you are stuck.

You have to allow your tears to flow and be OK with your tears, and stop judging the fact that you are crying.

Tell the one you see in the mirror that it’s OK to cry or not cry.

Give yourself permission to cry or not to cry… and then you’ll feel like you have control over your life, instead of allowing your feelings to take over and control you, then once again you are in control.

Say, “I will cry until all the tears are gone”

Say, “I will give myself permission to cry”

Acknowledge your feelings, it’s OK to cry or not, give yourself permission, and stop judging the fact that you are crying or not… and things will get better.

Feelings are part of our Divine Nature… let them out.
