Nipple Fruit grows in South America, the Caribbean, and Central America and has many health benefits and uses.
Nipple Fruit is yellow berry that looks like a cows utter — thus the name Nipple Fruit, and Nipple Fruit is picked when it’s green and can be cooked like any other veggie, and used for many medicinal purposes too. (The ripe fruit is toxic)
