Health Benefits of Nipple Fruit — Great for Cancer, Pain, and Food

Nipple Fruit grows in South America, the Caribbean, and Central America and has many health benefits and uses.


Nipple Fruit is yellow berry that looks like a cows utter — thus the name Nipple Fruit, and Nipple  Fruit is picked when it’s green and can be cooked like any other veggie, and used for many medicinal purposes too. (The ripe fruit is toxic)


Nipple Fruit contains lots of iron, calcium, phosphorus, B Vitamins, proteins, and bioflavonoids.


It also contains some very powerful glycoalkaloids that stop the growth of cancer cells, and has been used for breast, liver, and lung cancer treatment. More studies being done now on Nipple Fruit and cancer treatment.


The fruit is also a good purgative and helps get rid of phlegm, plus the roots work well for asthma and as a good strength building beverage.

    I live in Costa Rica and this fruit was recommended to me when I had a sinus infection. I chopped it and boiled it in water for a few minutes and then sat with a towel over my head and inhaled the vapor off the pot. After just one sitting, the sinus pressure was reduced. After the next sitting, my phlegm was essentially wiped out! Pretty amazing!

  2. I do enjoy the manner in which you have presented this situation plus it really does give us some fodder for thought.
    Nonetheless, coming from just what I have observed, I just simply hope as
    other opinions pile on that individuals keep on issue and not embark upon a soap box associated
    with some other news du jour. All the same, thank you for this fantastic point and although I can not really
    concur with it in totality, I value your viewpoint.
