The Relaxed Soul on “Taking Ownership of Your Thoughts”

Creating a positive world means being the observer of your thoughts.

Each thought brings about an echo from the Universe and that echo brings about the creation of physical form… or momentum down a path.

To be the observer is to be diligently watching our thoughts. Most of the time we just let our thoughts slide… and never take notice of all the negative thinking we have going on.

For example… take a tally of all the beautiful thoughts you have you have for one day? How how many hurtful thoughts did you have? How many terrible thoughts did you have? How many fearful thoughts did you have?

You do the math… most of us have a huge amount of negative thinking that goes unnoticed and we wonder why we don’t feel good.

Once we take OWNERSHIP of our thoughts everything changes. We no longer allow ourselves to think the way we used to…. in fact if a negative thought slips out we automatically start thinking in a positive way correcting our course.

It’s kind of like the helm of a boat… boats have autopilots that make small course corrections constantly. The same goes for being the observer of our thinking… constantly making small changes to keep the mind on track. Soon it becomes automatic to think only positive thoughts.

It’s not easy.

But the rewards are great!

Many Blessings
