Meditation allows us to connect to our breath, to follow the inward movement of air and the outward flow of peace. For the flow of life into the body… is also akin to the flow of peace from the divine light into the soul. How can there be anything more natural that breathing and being at peace.
Many of our aches, pains, anxieties and fears are exacerbated by holding our breath… not allowing the peace that is our natural state to filter into our being. Fear creates that holding on, waiting for the other shoe to drop… always in fear of the unknown.
It is only when we meditate on the question “Who AM I” and come to the final three words that consecrate the power within — “I AM GOD”
This is not Sacrilegious in any way… it is even in all the sacred text —
“Behold for ye are the children of the most high–ye are gods”
And even Jesus said, “And you can do even more… than all of this”
So meditate on the silence within… on the stillness… and you will find your breath… your peace.
