The Relaxed Soul on “To Pray in Silence – To Still The Mind”

To pray in silence is to listen to the One and Only in the depths of your inner being. So many pray asking for things and never quieting the mind, but that does not allow for the still small voice to be heard, a voice that brings unquestionable incites and powerful knowing that can only be achieved in silence.

In this day and age most people don’t know how to shut off the mind, how to stop the chatter, a chatter that can drive a person insane… if they don’t learn to go inward and understand that the mind is only a tool.

The soul exists within and outside of the corporal body as a multidimensional being of vibration… and what are those vibrations? — LIGHT. Thus the light of the eternal source springs forth to console the needs of the many. That is why the light of the great avatars such as Jesus, Buddha, Krishna and many more were said to be able to create powerful changes in people by just being in their presence.

We all have that power… we all have that wondrous inward stillness that fills the void and holds us like a mother in her arms. It’s up to us to connect to that stillness, that peace which creates and brings about the understanding of all things.

OK Great Avatar… Are You Ready to Still Your Mind?
