The Relaxed Soul on “The Sacred Wisdom”

In Native American tradition there’s the story of the Eagle flying high… just after the beginning of time, after the earth was made and the streams were full of fish, and the skies were full of birds.

The Eagle flying higher than all the rest of the birds spies a tree… and swiftly flies to the highest limb, jumping down to the ground he’s transformed into “MAN”.

That’s why the Eagle is recognized as the messenger of spirit, for the Eagle brings the word of great spirit to man himself…  thus when Eagles fly above man knows that Great Spirit’s watching.

Anyone who wears an Eagle feather is held in great respect and love. For the holder of the feather must respect the feather by not partaking in abusive behavior, but partaking in sacred dance, chanting, and ceremonies… thus recharge the spiritual power of the feather.

Wearing the feather with great wisdom, honor, and respect for the Eagle… thus living his life according to the wishes of Great Spirit.

May we all wear the Eagle feather with great wisdom!
