The Relaxed Soul on “Finding Peace in a Crazy World”

A woman becomes addicted to having a hair dryer running so she can sleep at night, and then her young daughter gets hooked too.

Going to counseling she finds she’s really trying to escape from feelings of anxiety, stress, and tension that come with being alive.

Her counselor teaches her meditation and within a week she is able to stop her addiction, she feels better, her tension relaxes, her anxiety disappears, and her stress is alleviated.

It’s so easy to become addicted, but meditation is a great way to fill our lives with self love and heart felt tranquility, and a way of making peace with our soul.

Thus we find the Divine within… and peace pervades every cell of our body.
