The Relaxes Soul on “A Powerful Question with a Powerful Answer”

During the day if something happens we feel bad… and then sad.

But if that happens ask the question – “Who’s feeling bad, who’s feeling down?” and ask that question especially during meditation.

For the soul is always filled with joy, love, and connected to bliss and sees the good in everything.

It’s ego that feels down, it’s ego that feels despondent… and during meditation all that disappears.

The more we meditate the more sad feelings melt away… and we start to feel joyful, blissful, and loved throughout the day.

Thus we feel at peace.
