During deep sleep we don’t think of ourselves as a mother, father, or even a spouse.
But upon waking we take on those roles thus they are part of mind… not part of the soul.
The more we understand the difference between mind and soul the more the mind starts to surrender.
And thus the mind is working and doing what it does every day… but we know we are the soul… which is forever peaceful.
Meditate on “what is my mind” and find peace.
