Everyone needs a power up breakfast… and here’s a beautiful bowel of energy that will keep you going.
Along with a glass of green juice you have the prefect breakfast.
Ingredients: Makes 2 Servings
3/4 – Cup of Old Fashioned Organic Oatmeal
1/8 – Cup of Chia Seeds and Flax Seeds ground in a coffee grinder
12 – Fresh or Frozen Cranberries Cut in Half
1 – Kiwi Sliced
1/2 – Cup of Papaya Chunks
1/2 Cup of Mango Chunks
10 to 20 – Almonds, Cashews, or any other nut you like
1/8 – Teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder
1 – Teaspoon of Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 – Cup of Unsweetened Soy, Almond, Hemp, or Rice Milk – Per Serving
Sweeten to taste with honey, stevia, or agave nectar
Cut everything up and mix together
And it keeps well in the frig for 2 days.
You will be thinking about this power up breakfast long before you get up in the morning.
