The Relaxed Soul on “Self-Acceptance and Self-Awareness”

Being aware is the first step and can be the most important step in combating stress and feeling at peace. We have a certain amount of emotional energy to spend each day, and when we feel stressed out our energy is being used up at a much faster rate.

People who are relaxed check in with themselves all the time, they notice when their shoulders are starting to tense up and take a break and do some stretching, when holding their breath they notice and take a break and breathe deep.

They key in on their feelings and throughout the day use positive self talk to change their feelings of frustration and helplessness… into feelings of power and choice.

When exercising relaxed people move through their routine knowing that everything will be great. They know they will look and feel good in the end and feel peaceful… instead of pushing themselves harder and harder.

Most of all they know being relaxed emerges from a relaxed state of mind.

Life is about having self-acceptance and self-awareness of everything we do and feel…

thus we find ever lasting peace connect to the Divine.
