Olive Leaves make a great tea and that tea is full of powerful antioxidants such as polyphenols like green tea. These antioxidants are very good as antimicrobial, anti-fungal, anti-yeast… and anti-viral agent.

If you come down with colds, flues, bronchitis and other respiratory infections often then taking Olive Leaf tea or capsules will boost your immune system. And Olive Leaf can help with cardiovascular disease, strokes, and even cancer prevention.

And did you know that Olive Leaf has 400% more antioxidants than what you find in Vitamin C… and even twice the amount of polyphenols found in green tea. – Wow!

Also Olive Leaf works wonders for Candida infections (yeast infections) getting rid of the rash, itching, and soreness associated with yeast infections. In fact studies show that Olive Leaves contain verbascoside, oleuropein, caffeic acid, and hydroxytyrosol which have the ability to kill viruses, parasites, and bacteria. Some of these compounds interfere with protein production in viruses and thus can stop viruses from multiplying. In fact Olive Leaf extracts go right into cells and stop viruses dead in their tracks.

And Olive Leaf extract promotes the production of white blood cells that rid the body of invader, and studies show that Olive Leaf destroys the cell wall of bacteria and other pathogens. It was found that Olive Leaf kills polio viruses, herpes, bacteria, fungi, salmonella, influenza viruses, HIV virus, malaria, meningitis, urinary tract infection agents, ear infective agents, and other infecting microbes.

Olive Leaf  helps with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia thus giving you the health and vitality you need… and Olive Leaf is a great anti-aging compound.

At the same time Olive Leaf increases circulation, rids the body of toxins, and makes sure you have great looking skin and helps with psoriasis. Olive Leaf reverses atherosclerosis, and studies show it relaxes vessels making it important for lowering blood pressure.

And Olive Leaf is a good anti-inflammatory compound that helps with arthritis. In New  Zealand studies show that Olive Leaf improved insulin sensitivity thus making it great for those suffering from diabetes.

Plus new research shows that Olive Leaf can help prevent and treat… breast, colon, liver, prostate, and other types of cancer. Other studies show that Olive Leaf can help with strokes, working to reduce brain edema and damage. And Olive Leaves are relaxing and can help with reducing fevers too.

Take a cup of fresh Olive Leaves and put them in a quart of water and boil them for 20 minutes and then take a cup of this tea 2 or 3 times a day. Remember Olive Leaves are tea are bitter so make sure to add some sweetener.

Olive Leaves can be found in your yard on a tree, in pills, capsules, and teas. And you can order them on-line and ask for them at your local health food store.
