Why It’s Important to Stop Eating Meat and All Animal Protein

People have lots of issues around either eating meat or not eating meat, but lets hear some actual comments… about what eating a healthy organic vegan diet can do.

Here are just a few things that people have noticed… and more.

  • Animal protein creates acid within the body that causes the blood buffer system to try to balance it self again… and in order to do that it steals calcium from your bones to create calcium bicarbonate to buffer the system… and at the same time creating osteoporosis. Osteoporosis gets better on a healthy vegan diet.
  • Dr. Campbell and Dr. Esselstyn in the Movies “Forks over Knives” have shown in the China Study that those who eat lots of meat in the world have a much higher incidence of cancer.
  • Those who eat a vegan diet with lots of green leafy veggies have a much lower incidence of cancer.
  • Dr. Dean Ornish has shown that a vegan diet is much healthier… creating a much healthier cardiovascular system… and can turn around heart disease over a period of time.
  • Studies show that animal protein creates inflammation which leads to cancer and heart disease.

  • Clinical studies show in double blind controlled groups that when people stick to a healthy vegan diet, not just junk food, but full of lots of great green leafy veggies, they can reverse their cardiovascular disease and reopen clogged coronary arteries.
  • Those who start a healthy vegan diet with lots of green leafy veggies show a significant decrease in inflammation, arthritis, and minor aches and pains.
  • Studies show that those who start and stick with a healthy vegan diet with lots of green leafy veggies have less mood swings… and feel happier with less depression.
  • Studies show that those who eat a healthy vegan diet with lots of green leafy veggies have lower cholesterol and triglycerides than those who eat animal protein. Mine dropped from around 200 to 131.
  • You can have great health and look good if you are a healthy vegan who eats lots of green leafy veggies – There are lots of vegan body builders who are in amazing condition, just google “Vegan Body Building” and you will find lots of great looking people.
  • And there are lots of people who are athletic competitors (even iron men competitors) who are in wonderful condition who eat a healthy vegan diet.
  • Many people with asthma who become healthy vegans find their condition disappears.
  • Lots of people with a history of Irritable Bowel Disease find that their symptoms cease.
  • People with long histories of constipation, depression, skin problems, hemorrhoids, bad breath, aches and pains, and more — find they they become symptom free.
  • Those with constant lower back pain and sinus infections have all their symptoms disappear when they became a healthy eating vegan.
  • Those who constantly have acid reflux disease have it disappear.
  • Many people drop 20, 30, 40 or more pounds once they become a healthy vegan.
  • Those suffering from daily migraine headaches have them decrease to almost nothing in no time… when they become a healthy eating vegan.
  • People diagnosed with end stage of kidney disease find they are alive and doing well 30 years later.
  • Men and Women who suffer from terrible Rosacea (a skin disease) now have clear great looking skin.
