“Quinoa Salad – A Vegan Recipe”

Here is a quick and simple yet very tasty recipe for a great vegan salad.

It’a a whole foods/plant based recipe.

Full of protein with the quinoa… and lots of great veggies that keep you strong and healthy.

Quinoa Salad

Quinoa Salad

Plus parsley which is one of the best all around foods on the planet.

Ingredients:

2 – Cups of Cooked Organic Quinoa… Cooked in Organic Veggie Broth

1 – Large Ripe Organic Tomato – Chopped

1 – Cup of Organic Parsley – Chopped

1 – Cup of Organic Cucumber – Chopped

1 – Cup of Black Olives – Chopped

1/3 – Cup of Organic Raw Onion – Chopped

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Seasoning – 1 Cup of Store Bought Fresh Organic Salsa (or you can make your own) – just add the salsa and you are good to go.

Or try one of the following different ways to spice up this recipe instead of salsa.

(Optional) – 1/4 – Cup of Chopped Mint for a Middle Eastern Flavour

(Optional) – 1 – Tablespoon of Cajun Seasoning for a Cajun Experience

(Optional) – 1 – Teaspoon of Curry Powder for an Asian Experience

(Optional) – 1 – Tablespoon of Italian Seasoning for an Italian Experience

The Parsley in this recipe is packed full of great nutrients
