“2 Step Deep Sleep Process… That Really Works”

Here is an easy yet powerful sleep process, that will allow you get to sleep… and in case you wake up, get back to sleep quickly.

If you toss and turn all night long, and wake up at all hours of the night, here is powerful technique that will help you to fall asleep… and get back to sleep quickly and deeply.

Many times it’s difficult to fall asleep because we have tensions built up from work, relationships, kids, television, and more… thus we can’t sleep.

And tension builds up during sleep because we have thoughts running through our head all the time… even while sleeping.

Give this a try… it really works.

Step One – Just before going to bed sit in an upright comfortable chair and breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.

Word – Next silently start saying to yourself “Peace” and a allow yourself to breathe in the word “Peace” and breathe out the word “Peace”.

Concentrate – Keep concentrating on the word “Peace”… breathing in and out the word “Peace”.

Allow the Word “Peace” to Morph and Change –  if the word happens to change in our mind to something else…let go and allow it to change, don’t force it, just allow it to happen and keep breathing in and out saying the word to yourself.

Keep it Going – Keep doing this process for 20 minutes, then get up and go to bed and enjoy a great nights rest.

Step Two – If you wake up in the middle of the night here is what to do… turn on one side and start breathing in deeply and slowly, breathe in deep and hold it for just a bit and then let it out slowly 12 times.

Breathe Deep – Breathe deep, just about as deep as you can breathe in, fill your lungs completely.

Breathe Slowly – Breathe slowly, if needed count to three as you breathe in, hold it for a count of three, then breathe out for a count of three.

Turn Over – Now turn on your other side, and repeat the process.

Turn Again – Next turn on your back and repeat the same process.

It Will Work – I guarantee that within 12 to 24 breathes you will be sleeping deeply. But if you should wake up… start the process over.
