Where it Grows – Land Cress grows in temperate climates all over the world including Europe and North America. If protected in the winter it will grow all year long, and it grows wild in many areas. And markets that carry lots of wild greens will have Land Cress… plus now some people are commercially growing Land Cress in hydroponic farms.

 

Great Flavor – Full of great nutritional value these tender round green leaves have a peppery spinach kale like flavor when cooked… and they can also be eaten raw in salads… and the yellow flowers are also edible.

 

Contains – Land Cress contains lots of vitamin A a powerful antioxidant, B’s vitamins for vitality and to prevent birth defect, vitamin C a powerful antioxidant, vitamin E for heart health, and vitamin K important for clotting. Also iron for anemia and calcium for strong bones.
