The crunch pull up – do this 20 times.
It’s a simple pull up with a legs up crunch at the same time.
You can buy pull up bars to attach to any door in the house.
The squat thrust – do this 50 times.
The Dalai Lama does his prostration (similar to this) 80 or more times every
morning… and he’s in his 80’s.
The ball crunch – do this 50 times, a simple exercise for the abs.
3 great all around exercises.
I’m be 61 years old this year… and I’m still kicking strong.
And I will be for a long time to come.
