The Relaxed Soul on “What We Focus On”

DSCN4649 copyOne day we focus on Money – “Oh No – I don’t have enough cash”

The next day we focus on Children – “Oh No – My daughter is not doing well in school”

Then we focus on Health – “Oh No – I don’t feel good, I have to do something about it”

All of these grab our attention and pull us way from being at peace.

Deep within we keep thinking… peace will happen one day.

But the reality is we can be at peace… at any time.

Even when we have challenges like the ones above.

All we have to do is focus on God… at all times.
