Here is a quick recipe for making a wonderful anti-aging skin cream.
Simple – Quick – Effective
Ingredients:
1- Cup of Coconut Oil – Make sure it’s room temperature so it’s liquid.
3 – Capsules of Vitamin E Oil – Open capsules and squeeze out oil
6 – Drops of Argan Oil
1 – Drop of Neem Oil
2 – Drops of Mongongo Oil
4 – Drops of Tamanu Oil
3 – Drops of Vetiver Oil
(Optional) – You can add a drop or two of your favorite fragrance oil – Ylang Ylang, Rose, Lavender, Rosemary… whatever you feel like using.
Mix all the oils together and place in a plastic or glass jar and place in the frig. That way the cream will become firm… and you can dab on a little cream at a time. But the oil does not have to keep it in the frig… just place it on shelf and use the liquid oil. Just make sure you have a tight fitting lid to keep the oils nice and fresh.
Coconut Oil – Coconut oil is great for the skin – A good emollient, softens skin, gets rid of dry skin, works wonders for itchy skin, it’s anti-fungal and antibacterial, great for acne, works wonders for wrinkles… and creates younger looking skin.
Argan Oil – Argan Oil is also used in cosmetics and studies show it does help prevent wrinkling of the skin… and can be used as a beauty treatment for the hair.
Neem Oil – Neem oil has been used for soothing away irritations, getting rid of eczema, psoriasis, great for acne, and contains Quercetin which is a powerful antioxidant agent.
Neem also contains Vitamin E which is well known for soothing way skin irritations, moisturizing skin and making skin youthful looking. Neem oil also helps with athletes foot and skin fungus.
Vitamin E Oil – A powerful antioxidant that helps to moisturize and bring healthy luster and health back to aging skin. Slows the aging process and helps to get rid of free radicals.
Mongongo Oil – Mongongo Oil is very healing, and has been used for treating skin and hair challenges for years in Africa… and has been used in cosmetics as skin healing agent.
Tamanu Oil – Tamanu Oil rejuvenates skin cells and increases skin healing… and the formation of new tissue, and some believe it’s the best anti-aging herbal remedy ever.
Tamanu Oil works great for acne, sunburns, dry skin, age spots, blisters, acne scars, insect bites, stings, scrapes, burns, cuts, sunburn, athlete’s foot, and herpes sores.
Vetiver Oil – Vetiver Oil promotes skin wound healing and it’s a good anti-microbial product and works great to stop the growth of staph infections… and helps get rid of ugly scars too. The oil also rejuvenates the whole body and boosts the immune system.
Vetiver Oil also stimulates the libido portions of the brain making it a good aphrodisiac. Vetiver Oil works wonders as a massage oil… and also works to detox the body and stimulates lymphatic drainage. Vetiver Oil or Khus-Khus has been used in cosmetics and food industry for years.
