“4 Steps to Building a Strong Immune System – Step 2”

Great Nutrition – Organic food is very important for a strong immune system.

Reverse Osmosis Water – First of all you need to drink a lot of water, at least 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. I recommend at least 1/2 liter in the morning and 1/2 liter in the afternoon or more. Water is essential for enzyme production and thus boosting up your immune system.

Drink Reverse Osmosis Water… You can buy these machines at any home repair center for very little money… and reverse osmosis water is the best water. Even kidney doctors recommend reverse osmosis water for their patients. Reverse osmosis water is what we drink at home. In this day and age most water sources contain lots of toxins, so please buy a reverse osmosis filter. Plus it’s very inexpensive compared to buying bottle water.

Ditch the Plastic Water Bottles – Plastic water bottles are full of toxins, stay away from plastics as much as possible. I have seen a huge increase in thyroid problems ever since people starting drinking from plastic. Use glass, ceramic, and stainless steel water bottles.

Drink Alkalizing Green Juice – Drink at least 2 and up to 6 – 8 oz glasses of green alkalizing juice each day – Kale, Cabbage, Cucumbers, Swiss Chard, Lots of Carrots, Turnip Greens, Beet Greens, and any other kind of green leafy veggie you can find. Alkalizing keeps inflammation away! If you have inflammation going in your immune system is not doing well.

Also include carrots, carrots are amazingly healthy and contain powerful healing nutrients.

If you have some disease process going on… then I recommend drinking 1 glass of this great juice every hour during the day. Do this for 3 weeks… and then tapper back to the recommend above.

Take Chlorella – Take 3,000 mgs of Chlorella per day, you can buy this in 1,000 mg tablets – it’s a green algae that has over 60 different nutrients in it, chlorella will do your body good

Chlorella gives you every essential and none essential protein that you need and everything else. Chlorella is food so you can’t overdose on it (unless you have a reaction to it like any other food)… it’s good for you.

Listen to Your Circadian Rhythms – This is not food but it’s good nutrition for your life. Get up at 6 AM and Go to bed by 10 PM. You need to reset your circadian rhythms.

Two Cells Know – You have two little cells that flash on and off every second in every organ of your body and especially your heart. And they know when you should be sleeping and when you should be up and awake.

If you go against this way of living it shortens your life span, and creates stress that lowers your immune system… listen to your body.

A Great Breakfast – Have breakfast in the morning before 8AM with 1 1/2 cups of fruit, and 1/2 cup of almond milk or nut milk of any kind… and 1/2 cup of raw flattened organic oatmeal, rolled oats. Good old old fashioned oats, but don’t cook it, use it raw and use stevia, or mesquite powder, or agave nectar or some other good natural sweetener – no chemicals.

Also Use These Grains – You can also use Organic Quinoa, Organic Millet, and Organic Amaranth grains but these three grains must be cooked.

Kinds of Fruit – Use any kind of fruit you want for breakfast – papaya, apples, mangos, berries, strawberries, whatever makes your heart sing. But all raw, the more different colors you eat the better. If you are diabetic skip the fruit and have veggies in the morning.

Lunch at Noon – Have a green salad for lunch with lots of veggies… all raw.

Raw and Cooked – Cooked food is seen by the body as an invader so you want to eat at least 75% raw food and up to 95% raw food – It’s healing. Cooked food only can lower your immune system and lead to disease.

For Diabetics – Organic raw food is especially important for diabetics… organic raw food heals the pancreas and the insulin producing beta cells. Watch the video “Simple Raw” on youtube – it’s a powerful process of people with type 1 & 2 diabetes some with a glucose of over 1,200 being cured of diabetes with raw food.

Eat Lots of Colors – Have lots of different colored foods in your salad such as: red, yellow, green, purple, all the colors of the rainbow in your beautiful salad, those colors are healing. Colored veggies are full of antioxidants that boots up your immune system.

Drink Wonderful Green Tea – Drink 3 small cups of green tea a day, green tea is full of polyphenols that are powerful antioxidants that boost up your immune system.

Snacks Are Important – In between eat carrot sticks, any other veggie, as snacks all raw – eat 4 snacks a day at 10AM, 2PM, 4PM, and 7PM. That’s 1/2 cup of any veggie.

A Great Dinner – Have dinner at 5 or 6 PM –  Dinner is a soup that you can make at home and it’s very healing. Make a soup of broccoli, cabbage, kale, swiss chard, turnip greens, been greens, and any other green that you like and add spices, no salt or very little salt, and use low sodium veggie stock.

Include Beans – Also add 4 cups of beans of your choice, such as pink beans, garbanzos, lentils, all of the beans are great. Don’t use canned beans, cook the beans yourself, canned foods are toxic… they contain lots of toxic chemicals in linings of the cans. You can eat as much as 3 or 4 cups of this soup.

Wonderful Nuts – Nuts are great for your immune system…you can have nuts on this diet but limit them, they are full of fat, 10 to 20 nuts per day is all a person needs.

Include Some Carbs – For carbs you can have one cup of any of the following are recommended per day – Green cooked bananas, or brown rice, or taro root.

Green Cooked Bananas – Green Cooked bananas contain resistant starch which is a great probiotic growing medium, and thus helps to boost your immune system.

Brown Rice & Taro – Also brown rice and taro root have fiber that also helps boost your immune system via creating a good environment for probiotic bacteria, and taro root is a low glycemic index food. All are much better than potatoes and white rice.

Natural Sweets – If you want something sweet, once a week make your own Sorbet. Take frozen bananas and any other kind of fruit and blend them in a powerful blender for a great sorbet.

No Sugar Please – Remove sugar from your life, I recommend stevia or some other natural sweetener… especially if you are diabetic. Sugar lowers our immune system and allows disease to take over.

Sugar Destroys Our Immune System – Sugar creates an over growth of bad bacteria in our colon. Thus good bacteria or probiotic bacteria cannot thrive, and it’s these good bacteria that are very important for a powerful immune system.

Add Probiotics – Eat a tablespoon (a small amount) of kimchi, sauerkraut, and other fermented juices like fermented cabbage juice which contain lots of probiotic bacteria to boost your immune system. Eat these probiotic foods 3 or more times every week.

Coffee – Coffee can cause problems, coffee is very acidic so I recommend either green tea or herbal tea. But if you just have one cup of coffee in the morning… it will not hurt.

Remove – Remove the following from your life.

No Animal Protein – No meat, no chicken, no fish, no seafood, no eggs, no cheese, and no milk or any other dairy product. Studies show that more than 5% or 6% animal protein causes cancer to increase by 80%. And with this diet you get 5 to 6% protein from plant based sources which very are good for the body.

Also No Chemicals – No canned food, canned food contains toxins from the linings of the cans, no artificial flavors, no artificial sweeteners, no artificial anything, no chemicals of any kind, and if you don’t know what it is… then don’t eat it.

No Added Oils – Added oils are not necessary they only make us fat, and that can lead to metabolic syndrome. Use whole foods such as whole avocados, nuts, seeds, all of these are much better than added oils. If you need too… add just a very small amount of organic spray oil to the bottom of your pan when cooking.

None of These – No alcohol, no highly spiced food, that means spicy hot food (But spices in general are good), and use very little salt. If in doubt don’t eat it, chemicals and processed food are not good for the body. Alcohol kills the bacteria in your gut thus lowering your immune system and super hot food can also cause kidney problems.

No Fast Food – Fast food is full of chemicals, sugar, oils, and salt, they are death to your immune system.

No Processed Food – Processed food hides lots of chemicals and processed food items that are toxic, these are toxic processed foods kill your immune system and lead to metabolic disease.

No Bread – No bread made from wheat, no wheat, no barley, no spelt, no rye – all of these are highly inflammatory. Refined grains cause an overgrowth of bad bacteria in our colon leading to a depressed immune system.

No GMO Foods – All GMO Foods are highly inflammatory, they cause cancer, diabetes, and more… lots of studies show that GMO food is toxic.

Eat Organic – Eat organic, organic foods are essential for life, organic food is wholesome natural good food. Organic food boosts up your immune system so you can fight off disease and keep away cancer.

Protein – If you want more protein eat Organic Beans, Nuts, Seeds, all organic. You only need 5 or 6 % protein and that’s exactly what you get with this diet.
