Growing – Kushta grows as a shrub up to 3 to 4 feet tall with purple flowers in the high mountains of India  China, Korea, and Japan… and it is used extensively in Ayurvedic Medicine.

Expectorant and Asthma – Kushta is a good expectorant and works well for asthma, bronchitis and other respiratory problems. It also relaxes the bronchioles making it easier to breath and opening up the lungs.

Gout – Kushta is also a good gout remedy for flushing out toxins.
