Beneficial Compounds – Anamu contains a sulfur like compound and tannins that are important for healing many different types of health challenges.

Helps With – Anamu works great for many resistant bacterial, fungal, cancer, respiratory infections, genital infections, candida yeast infections, urinary tract infections, and viral infections.

Great Antioxidant – Anamu contains powerful antioxidant that helps to prevent cardiovascular disease, strokes, and cancer.

Contains – Anamu contains isoarboarinol, trithioloaniacine, polyphenols, tannins, benzoic acid, coumarin, benzyl 2-hydroxyethyl, and many more compounds.

Smell – Anamu tea has a garlic smell that is similar to garlic and onions.

Growing – Anamu grows like a weed, but it likes full sun. Anamu grows fast and will seed down more plants on it’s own.

Making Tea and Dose – Anamu leaves and the roots can be made into a tea that works wonders. Most people use 2 anamu leaves and or a little mashed root per 16 oz of hot water, letting it steep for 10 to 15 minutes, then cooling… taking a 1/2 cup twice a day. If using dried anamu powder, use one teaspoon in one liter of hot water and take a 1/2 cup of this tea twice a day.

Finding – Google – “Buy Anamu Capsules” or “Buy Anamu Tea” and you will find anamu on-line in many places… or you can ask for anamu at your local health food store, even Amazon has anamu. You can even order live plants and seeds on-line to put in your garden.

Forms – You can find anaum in capsule, teas, powder, and as tinctures.

Not Toxic – Anamu should not be taken by pregnant mothers or young children… but to date there are no toxic effects that have been seen… even with high doses with anamu.
