“Two Kinds of Love”

Dr. Paul Haider - 1Sai Baba said:

Love is of two kinds:

Natural love is one which expects something in return.

Divine love expresses itself in loving service without

expectation of any return.

    Hello Paul,

This is the first time that I write to you, but I’ve been following you for quite some time. I just want to let you know how much I value all your emails, and all what you post on YouTube. It has made quite a difference in my life, and now I sing the song of God’s name composed by myself (I just make up my own songs). Thank you for such valuable input, for all the love that I feel you have around, and for all the love you share. KNOW, that it makes a difference in people’s lives, at least in mine. Here are three things that I would like to share with you:

The first and most important: Volumes 3 and 11 from the “I AM Discourses” – Saint Germain Series (I haven’t been able to find Volume 11, but these were highly recommended by Wayne Dyer, I am sure you know him). When I read volume 3, it made a huge difference in my life, just as much as you Paul. You might find this a nice book to read. I borrowed it from the local library. It’s referred to the Great Masters.

Second, I get a weekly email from “Inner Whispers” which always has deep Spiritual insight in just a few words. I just find it beautiful. I post an example from today’s email, at the end of this email.

Third, I sometimes get an email from Patricia Cota-Robles from eraofpeace.org, here is an example of the insights that she gets from her meditations: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WtdFwmoGPtk.

Also, I hope that you have a chance to share a little more about the meditations that you recommend, because I cannot attend any of them, but I am sure I would be practicing them at home as I am able to have many hours of silence during the day, but I just don’t have a clue on how to practice these meditations. Can you please help? I am sure this would help others. It has to come out into the world some day through the internet. Why not now? I am referring to these two: TM Meditation – http://www.tm.org Vispassana Meditation – http://www.dhamma.org/en/locations/directory#003

Thank you again for all the things you share with the world. May Our Lord be with you at all times.

With all my love and gratitude, Caroline P.S. I love you too!

Taken from “Inner Whispers” – April Crawford:

Regain Your Awareness Of What You Want To Be

“As one walks through a life, always do so with determination and focus. Meandering without direction can lead to a circular path that will create a dramatic rut that is difficult to escape from.

If you find yourself in a maze of negativity, it is important to stop the whirl of dramatics and be still for a moment.

Many have lost the belief in their abilities to do so. Thus, continuing to weave a life of discontent that can be disappointing.

Know that each of those incarnate carry with them a powerful energy. Pause a moment.

Allow that soulful energy to come forward. Encourage yourself to focus upon what the right path offers.

You are able to turn negative into positive. Often it means separating yourself from dramatics that are not helpful to your evolution.

Untangle the threads that hold you captive. It will take patience.

Know that truly you are the one who can undo the negative weave.

Slowly, regain your awareness of what you want to be. It is possible.

The soul needs the nourishment of achievement through the renewed sense of self rule.

Take each day as an opportunity to acquaint yourself with your truth. Stay focused while denying the power of distraction and its current hold upon you.

The soul comes to physical to attain greater experience and awareness. Stay focused upon what your soul desires. Walk deliberately towards that which serves that purpose.

You can create whatever life tapestry you want. Keep the threads untangled so that it may be done with the flair of an evolved soul.

    Decide to be one.

    Decide now.”

Wow – Thank You Caroline – I am humbled by your letter – It is not me, it is God working through me… I can take no credit.

I am glad that what I have talked about has made you joyful… keep that joy going… keep singing the praise of God.

Lighten your load… look upward into the spiral of inner self… there you will find everything you need to be totally blissful with God.

I will check out everything you have trusted me with.

And I will talk about the meditations – but talk is cheap… it is the experience that counts… I can talk all day about meditation but it is the meditation itself that counts.

      Not my discourse on meditation.

Here is a site where you will find more about Vipassana Meditation – lots of research and other things here – check it out – http://www.vridhamma.org/Home.aspx
